With the Freeze Archive integration, you can access your audit-proof stored data and documents directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Freeze Archive automatically links the documents to their business objects and also offers detailed search options via the index characteristics and full text of your documents. All documents created or uploaded in Dynamics 365 Business Central are automatically structured and securely archived in desired archives with legally compliant retention periods. Searches can be performed directly in Dynamics 365 BC or other web-based clients or even mobile apps.
Especially when using our document extraction service Squeeze Extract or the Breeze workflow solutions, Freeze Archive sees itself as the central final repository of your documents and data subject to archiving.
